TIME LIMIT

A new patent application with claiming priority under Paris convetion in Korea has to file the application within 1 year of the date of earliest priority date.

If it passed the deadline of claiming priority, it has to file the application before publication of earliest priority patent application.

 

 

MINIMUM DOCUMENTS REQUIRED 

• Name, address and Nationality of Applicants and inventors.

• Application number and filing date of priority application.

• Original or amended Patent specification, claims and drawings in English or Korean. (Preferably send by email or upload to comanas folder)
