TIME LIMIT

The PCT National Phase application has to enter Republic of Korea National Phase within 31 months of the date of earliest priority date.

If it passed the deadline(31 months) for the entry of national phase, we cannot file the entry of national phase into Korea.

 

 

MINIMUM DOCUMENTS REQUIRED 

• Name, address and Nationality of Applicants and inventors.

• PCT Application number and information of filing date of priority application.

• ISR in English, if any or do not publication.

• Original Patent specification, claims and drawings in English. (Preferably send by email or upload to comanas folder)

• Amended claims, if any, filed under Art. 19 or 34(including specification, if amended) of PCT in English. (Preferably send by email or upload to comanas folder)

• International Preliminary Examination Report, if any.

• Power of Attorney (Our Form)

• Order letter in English

• Official Basic Fee of Request for Substantive Examination: USD $120.00

• Official Addition Fee of Request for Substantive Examination: USD $37.00(per each claim)

• Our Service Basic Fee: USD $500.00

• Our Service Fee of filing Request for Substantive Examination: USD $250.00

• Translation Fee from English to Korean: USD $18.00(per 100 words of English)

• Select country for filing IP application or entry of PCT national phase.

• Select IP Firm

• Click the "Registration to my partner" in selected IP firm page

• Select menu of "FOREIGN IP SOFTWARE" of upper menu in your comanas folder

• Select menu of "Application Record" in your comanas folder

• Input data and select magnifier icon on "Your Firm Name" in Application Record page

• Save page of application record inputted data

• Select menu "Application" of upper menu in your comanas folder 

• Select list of base data input

• Select menu of PCT national phase(example) of open menu on Application Proceeding in APPLICATION page and click button of "Go To Do" on lower portion of page
